1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India through reputed logistics partners. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
- You can also track your shipment under “My Orders” on our website.

5. Secure Packaging & Insurance
- All jewellery is packaged in tamper-proof, cushioned boxes.
- Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.
- Please do not accept packages that appear tampered with or damaged. Kindly inform the delivery agent and notify us immediately.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If unreachable or undelivered after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, we will contact you to re-confirm delivery.
7. Delivery Address & Change Requests
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
- Address changes post-order may not be possible once the package is dispatched.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur. In such cases:
- We will proactively update you via email/SMS.
- In case of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation and either issue a full refund or reship the item at no additional cost.
9. Remote Area Surcharges
For select remote or high-risk delivery zones, a nominal surcharge may apply. You will be informed prior to shipping.
