Exchange & Refund Policy:
At 4C Jewel, we offer a 2days return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All original tags, invoices, and proof of purchase must be included
- The product should be in the same condition as delivered including tag
To initiate a return, kindly email us at sattvaaabharan@gmail.com. Once approved, please send the item to the address given by Customer care.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions for the return process. Please do not send any product back without prior approval, as such returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at the earliest.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalised/Customised Items
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges & Buyback.
Buy back is available through online or offline 100% value on Gold as per market, 80% on Diamonds and Gemstones. Original bill is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
